IGBO 2008 Tournament Online Application

Please complete the following entry form. ALL FIELDS ARE REQUIRED FOR EACH BOWLER ENTERING TOURNAMENT UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED. You must first complete and print this form before paying fees online.

  • If you do not have a complete team, please indicate at least one bowler as captain (for registration purposes only). You must use the A1 slot. Indicate in the notes field at bottom of form other registered bowlers you want to bowl with.
  • If you are a single bowler registering, use the A1 slot and indicate you are a captain (for now). Indicate in the notes field at bottom of form other registered bowlers you want to bowl with.

Entries submitted online after midnight April 23, 2008 (Eastern) will be assessed a $10.00 late fee for each bowler registered. Instead of $99 on your bowler fee breakdown, $109 will be listed. Like all other online entries, fees must be paid immediately by credit card to complete registration process.
